１）完全禁煙 / NO SMOKING

館内および周辺公共スペースは完全禁煙です。（居室・館内窓際・ベランダ・テラス・玄関先など全て）

臭いが確認できた時点で喫煙とみなし、退去としますので、重度の喫煙者の入居は基本的にご遠慮頂いております。

タバコ臭や吸い殻の廃棄を確認した時点で当事者を特定し、発見次第すぐ退去して頂きます。

煙害による特殊清掃費等は追加請求となるため、ご注意ください。

Hostel JIN absolutely prohibits smoking. (Including window sides, terrace, or entrance etc. Anywhere at Hostel JIN and outside.)

We kindly ask the heavily smoking people to reconsider not staying at Hostel JIN.
We even consider the smell of cigarettes as smoking and will ask you to leave immediately.

Please note that you may be charged additionally in order to clean rooms & facilities.

２）利用登録者以外の立ち入り禁止 / Do not invite non registered guests

利用登録されていない方のHostel JINへの立ち入りは禁止です。

入居者が部外者の出入りに関係していると発覚した場合、即刻退去して頂きます。

You cannot invite anyone who is not registered as a guest who stays at Hostel JIN.

The resident will be asked to leave as soon as we identify who is responsible for it.

３）騒音注意　/　No noise

他の利用者の迷惑になります。

室内外での談話・動画視聴・音楽鑑賞などはお静かにお願いします。

Please lower the volume when you chat, watch videos or play music in your room and shared spaces.

４）清掃 / Cleaning

居室の清掃 / Your room

居室はこまめに清掃してください。

異臭や汚れにより共用部また他人への弊害がある場合、管理人から清掃指示または部屋チェックをお願いする場合があります。

設備維持のために清掃を要する場合は清掃費を追加で頂きますので、清潔にお部屋はご利用ください。

Please clean your room from time to time and keep it tidy.

We may enter your room / booth to check the situation if smell or any trouble is caused by your room not being clean.

Please note that we may charge you for cleaning if your room needs an urgent cleaning.

共用部の清掃 / Common spaces

共用部はきれいに使ってください。

使われていない部屋と共用部（居室・トイレ・シャワー・キッチン）の電気は、消してください。

Please use the common spaces cleanly, especially the toilets, showers and the kitchen.

Please turn off the lights in the rooms (your room, toilets, shower rooms, kitchen…) that are not used if you find them.

その他 / Others

玄関オートロックなどの物が壊れていたり、施設設備が正常に動かない場合は、放置せず施設スタッフにご連絡ください。

Please do not ignore the broken items or inactive facilities such as the entrance’s auto lock. Please contact the staff in case you find irregular things like that.

施設管理上緊急を要する場合、居室に立ち入る場合があります。

We may enter your room when there is an urgent issue.

下記に該当する場合、追加請求の対象となります。

You will be additionally charged in the following cases.

• 居室・共用部・施設周辺とその設備に対して、特殊清掃が必要な重度の汚れ・臭いを残した場合
  If heavy contamination or odors requiring specialized cleaning are left in the rooms, common areas, or surrounding facility areas, including their equipment.
  
• 居室・共用部・施設周辺とその設備に対して、補充・修繕および同等の追加措置が必要な損害を与えた場合
  If damage is caused to the rooms, common areas, surrounding facility areas, or their equipment that requires replenishment, repairs, or equivalent additional measures.
  
• 居室・共用部・施設周辺において、追加の処分費用が必要となるゴミ・残置物などを放置した場合
  If garbage or abandoned items that require additional disposal costs are left in the rooms, common areas, or surrounding facility areas.
  
• 犯罪行為・迷惑行為・その他一般的な社会倫理規範に基づき悪質とされる行為等により、施設関係者および利用者の生活を阻害し、施設運営に支障をきたした場合
  If criminal acts, nuisance behavior, or other acts deemed malicious under general social ethical standards obstruct the lives of facility staff or users and interfere with facility operations.
  
• その他、上記に該当しない事由により施設運営に支障をきたした場合
  If facility operations are hindered for any other reason not covered by the above.

規約違反行為などにより退去処分となった場合は、担当者の指示に従ってください。

退去勧告に正当な理由なく従わない場合など、トラブルが発生した場合は法的措置を取る場合がありますので、ご了承ください。

Please follow the guidance of the staff if you are told to leave due to the violation of the house rules etc.

We may take legal action if the resident does not follow our guidance and rules about leaving.
