This is a cancellation policy for those who made a reservation on our official website. If you made a booking through another booking service, please contact their customer support to research their cancellation policy.

• 予約の変更やキャンセルについては、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください
  Please contact us via Contact for modifying or cancelling your reservation.

• 予約の変更およびキャンセルは、チェックイン予定日の4日前までご連絡頂いた場合、無料で対応致します（キャンセルの場合は全額返金し、請求は無しとなります）
  We will not charge you additionally for modifying or cancelling your reservation as long as we receive a message of the request no later than 4 days before your check-in date. (You will be fully refunded for cancellation if the request was sent before the due date)

• チェックイン予定日の3日前以降に届いた変更依頼・キャンセル依頼には対応致しかねますと同時に、決済が確定しますので全額返金不可となります
  We will not refund you if your request was sent to us later than 4 days before your check-in date as your reservation will be set 3 days before your arrival and the payment will be made.

• 予約の変更およびキャンセルのご依頼に関しまして、お問い合わせフォームまたは類似のメッセージ等が送信・発信された日時をもとに対応可否を判断しますので、ご了承ください
