短期宿泊のキャンセルについて / Cancellation policy for a short stay

• Free cancellation is acceptabe until 4 days before your arrival date. We will refund the booking fee.
  From 0:00 of 3 days before your arrival date, we will not refund even if we receive your message.
  到着4日前までのご連絡によるキャンセルは、全額返金とさせて頂きます。
  到着日3日前の日本時間0:00以降に届いたご連絡は無効とさせて頂きます。ご了承ください。

• You can change the date for free, but you will not be refunded after the first change of the date.
  無料キャンセル期間中およびその後の日程変更は可能ですが、その後の返金は一切できませんので、ご了承ください。

• If you booked via Booking .com & Airbnb, please contact their customer support anout questions.
  Booking .comやAirbnbからのお客様は、それぞれのカスタマーサポートまでお問い合わせください。

長期（マンスリー）宿泊のキャンセルについて / Cancellation policy for a monthly stay

• We will not refund for a monthly stay after completing the payment. Please carefully make a reservation.
  マンスリープランのお支払い完了後は、基本的に返金対応しておりません。ご予約の確定は慎重にご検討ください。
